Returns & Exchange Policy

We leave no stone unturned in making sure that all our products are high quality and free from all defects. However, the satisfaction of our esteemed customers matters a lot to us. This is why we have a return/exchange policy in place that governs all returns and exchanges. So confident are we about the quality of our products that we offer an unconditional 30 days return policy if the customer is not satisfied with any feature or aspect of the product. This means if you are not happy with the product you purchased from our website, you can return it and we will not ask any questions.

Returns on account of wrong sizing

Most of the returns and exchanges result from wrong size of the product. To help our customers in selection of right size outfits, we have a size guide on our website. By consulting this guide, any customer can easily find out the right size of the jacket that fits him nicely. If however, the customer still finds that the product does not fit him nicely, he can notify us about the same within 2 days of receiving the product. We shall give him instructions about sending the product back to us so that we can send the product of right size to him.

Steps involving returns and exchange

  • Send an email to us at info@usaleatherjackets.com explaining the reason why you want to return the product to us. You need to make a request for Return Authorization Merchandise from us. Without this RMA, no returns from customers will be accepted by us.
  • We reply promptly through email which contains this RMA as well as return instructions
  • We allow for return or exchange once the returned product has been inspected and examined by us.

Send the product back to us in its original packing

For a product to be returned or exchanged, it should be sent back to us in unused condition in its original packing. We understand it is not possible for a customer to pack the product in the same manner as it was done by us. But make sure you use the same packing material and the carton to send the product back to us. We will instruct you on the courier or postal service to be used for return or exchange. This is necessary to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Customers have to pay the shipping charges for all products that are returned or exchanged until they have been specifically advised in this regard.

We also have a refund option at USA Leather Jackets. This feature is used in a limited number of transactions. Full price of the product is returned to the customer in case of a serious defect using the same method payment as used by the customer. He can also ask for gift certificates that can be used in future for purchase of products.

No returns and exchanges are possible in the case of custom made jackets and coats. The same applies to items that carry discounts and other promotional offers. Cost of shipping has to be borne by the customer in case of returns and exchanges.
