We offer free shipping around the world. We deliver the products within 8 to 10 working days to the given address of the client. We use reliable and fast courier services for the delivery of products like DHL and FedEx. If the products are available in warehouses in the UK and USA, we can send the products through postal services. Royal Mail is famous in the UK, and USPS is suitable for the USA.

We make sure that our clients get the products as soon as possible. However, if items are out of stock or a customized product, which can take time. We have our warehouses in Chicago and London, where we stock hot selling products.

We are based in the UAE, so we will not deal with and take orders from OFAC sanctions countries, according to local government laws.

Shipping costs

As mentioned earlier, we offer free shipping to several countries around the world. Shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia is free except for the countries like Russia, Africa, and Eastern Europe, shipping charges are very high, so shipping charges are applicable for these regions.

Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for the payment of local taxes and import duties. The price of the products does not include any taxes. The buyer should check the customs duties and taxes for his country before placing the order. Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country. Some countries are duty-free, while others charge import taxes. So, checking the custom policy is the responsibility of the customer.

Our return and exchange process is very simple and systematic. Our preference is the peace of mind of our clients, so we offer return and exchange of the products within 30 days, instead of 14 days as most online stores do. 

When you receive the product, and you are not satisfied, no matter the reason, you can return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Our aim is customer satisfaction, so we do not create any trouble for our valuable customers. 

We have collected the data that the products which come for return or exchange, are due to the wrong size. When people shop online, they place the order according to the sizes in their local area. But, we are an international company, and we have customers from around the world, so our sizes are different from your local sizes. A medium-size in the United States is different from a medium size in the United Kingdom. 

Our experts have devised our size chart according to international standards. We request our worthy customers to measure themselves and match their measurements to our size chart. Double-check the size before the order confirmation. It will save you time and hassle. If your size is not available in our size chart, you can order a customized outfit. We can make your outfit according to your measurements. 

Our return and exchange policy is as follows

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Following these few steps, you can easily return any product which you have purchased from our store. 

1. Please send us an email at [email protected] and mention the defective product you have received. If you want to change the size or return the product, you must request the RMA or return the merchandise authorization number. We do not accept returns without this number. 
2. Our team will send you an email in response to your email, and they will tell you all the details.
3. When we receive the product, our team will inspect it. After that, we will either refund your money or exchange the product according to your wish. 

Guidelines

The items you want to return must be unused. Please return them in the original packaging in which you received them. All the labels and tags must be attached to the product. 

The products must be returned through an insured courier service to avoid any loss. If the product is lost during the returning process, we will not be responsible for the loss. 

The customers will pay return shipping charges. If you get an entirely wrong product, we will be responsible for that. 

The customer will be responsible for the wrong selection of size.

Refund options

You will get your money back through the same method you used to buy the product. 

Following options are available to get the refund.

• Money-back (You will get your money back through Paypal or credit/debit card, whatever you had used for payment)
• You can get a discount (up to 50%) on your next purchase
• You can get a gift certificate, which you can use when you shop here again. 

Note: Customized items, items on sale, and discounted items are not meant to be returned, and they are nonrefundable as well. 

To facilitate our clients, we can alter the customized items free of cost if the client is ready to pay shipping charges, both ways. This offer is not applicable for promotional products and sale products. 

We do not refund the shipping cost during the promotional period unless a faulty item is sent to the customer. 

If you request the refund because of a mind change, we will not refund the shipping cost. Depending on the location of delivery, it can be $18 to $54. This is applicable even if we are offering free home delivery.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations requests for your order can be placed within (1) day of placing (if not shipped yet) otherwise, it’ll be a flat deduction from your amount.
