Easy Return & Refund Policy 30 days :

We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience seamless. If you ever receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations or has any issues, such as a difference in design, color, or size from what you saw on our website, we’re here to help.

If you choose to receive a refund, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You can process your refund by sending an email to [email protected]. Before you process your refund, please read the following guidelines.

  • It must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
  • If the item you received is defective or damaged during transit, we require you to provide us with images of the damaged product with its attached tags.
  • If the product’s original tags or packaging are missing, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Additionally, products that have been damaged or excessively used by the customer won’t be considered for a refund.
  • Customized items and Custom Orders are not refundable and exchangeable.

To process your refund, please provide us with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and any other information about the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

Please complete these steps within seven business days of receiving the product so we can promptly assist you. If you reach out to us after this timeframe, we won’t be able to accommodate your return or exchange request. Once we receive your pictures and information, we will process your request within 30 days. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority. Order Exchange:

In the following circumstances, you may exchange or return any item purchased from our store:

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Fit is not accurate (runs big or small)
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit (Required images with original tags)
  • The received item is different than what was ordered (Required images with original tags)

Cancellation Of Order:

You can request a cancellation of your order within one (1) day of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. If you fail to do so, a flat deduction of 25% from the amount of the ordered item will apply.

Postage And Packaging:

Our Free Shipping is offered at our own cost. We don’t provide shipping labels to customers willing to return their item(s).

Restocking Fee:

Each country varies in its customs, duties, laws, and regulations. For the buyer’s convenience, we mark all of our shipments as Free Shipping and send them as a gift to help the buyer not suffer paying several customs duties. However, all the shipments or items that we ship do charge the shipment accordingly. 

Note: The item is not free, nor is the parcel being shipped. In case the state charges any customs duties on the parcel, the buyer, not the seller, is liable to pay all the duties. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee is a charge when merchandise is returned. Restocking is the cost to recover repackaging and shipping. The amount of the restocking fee depends on the product size, type, and weight.
